Is there a minimum order?
Load sizes for delivery are as listed in our Shop and you can order any items from a bulk bag up to 5 bulk bag amounts of logs on one load.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free within our Free Delivery Area. If you live outside this area, please get in touch before ordering to check our current delivery rates and if delivery is possible to your area.
How long does delivery take?
All of our deliveries are within 7-14 days of you placing your order, although we do endeavour to get your order to you more quickly where possible.
Can I cancel my order?
As payment is collected on delivery, it is possible to cancel your delivery before it arrives. We simply ask that you get in touch to cancel your order in good time.
Where will you leave my logs?
Logs are delivered loose or in recycled bulk bags. We will be in touch with you prior to delivery to ensure that access is suitable for our vehicle and confirm where you would like your logs left.
Can I order a mix of items?
Yes, you are welcome to order a mix of items as these can be kept separate for delivery.
Can you deliver if I'm not in?
We can deliver if nobody is in but this is at the customer's risk. We would advise customers to leave a suitable tarpaulin so we can cover up your logs on delivery if the weather is poor.
